The Problem

Prior to the redesign, 10 To Go’s digital presence failed to reflect the scale, quality, or breadth of the brand’s offering. The existing website was visually dated, difficult to navigate on mobile devices, and did not clearly communicate the three distinct service areas – Hair Salon, The Spa, and Sende Coffee – that make 10 To Go a standout destination in Cyprus.

Crucially, the site lacked the performance architecture needed to rank competitively in local search results, resulting in missed opportunities to convert high-intent users looking for salon, spa, and coffee services across Nicosia and beyond. With a growing number of locations and an expanding loyal customer base, the business needed a digital platform that could match its real-world reputation and support continued growth.

Our Solution

Strategy, Discovery & Brand Alignment

Our process began with an in-depth discovery phase, working closely with the 10 To Go management team to understand the brand’s core values, target audience, competitive landscape, and long-term business goals. We mapped out the full scope of the project across all three service verticals and established a clear information architecture that would allow users to intuitively navigate between the Hair Salon, The Spa, and Sende Coffee – while maintaining a cohesive brand experience throughout.

This strategic groundwork informed every design and development decision that followed. By aligning the website’s structure and messaging with 10 To Go’s positioning as a fast, professional, and welcoming brand, we ensured that the final product would not only look the part but actively support the business’s conversion goals – turning website visitors into walk-in customers across all locations.

Our Solution

Design, User Experience & Visual Identity

With strategy in place, our design team crafted a modern, visually engaging interface that captures the energy and professionalism of the 10 To Go brand. We developed a clean, contemporary aesthetic that works seamlessly across all three service verticals without losing brand consistency.

Particular attention was paid to the user journey – ensuring visitors could quickly find what they were looking for, whether that was a haircut, a spa treatment, or a morning coffee, within just a few clicks.

Mobile-first design principles guided every layout decision, reflecting the reality that the majority of 10 To Go’s customers search and browse on smartphones.

The result is a fully responsive experience that looks and performs beautifully on all screen sizes, from the smallest mobile device to the largest desktop monitor. Visual elements such as photography, iconography, and typography were carefully selected to reinforce the brand’s approachable yet professional character.

Our Solution

Development, Performance & Technical Excellence

The website was built on the WordPress platform using the Avada theme framework, chosen for its flexibility, robust feature set, and long-term scalability. Our development team implemented a clean, optimised codebase with a strong focus on page load performance – a critical factor for both user experience and search engine visibility. Extensive work was carried out to compress assets, implement caching strategies, and ensure compliance with Google’s Core Web Vitals benchmarks.

Beyond performance, the development phase also focused on ease of ongoing management. The client’s team can easily update service pages, add new locations, and publish content without requiring technical expertise. The website is also structured with on-page SEO best practices built in from the ground up, clean URL structures, optimised heading hierarchies, fast-loading images, and schema-ready page templates, providing a strong technical foundation for long-term organic search growth.

Client Testimonial

Working with DomainStar on our new website was a seamless and rewarding experience from start to finish. They took the time to truly understand our brand, our three distinct service areas, and the fast-paced lifestyle of our customers. The result is a website that not only looks stunning but actually works hard for our business
