About New Wood Trees
New Wood Trees was founded by James Clegg as a way to contribute and get involved in the natural environment. After a number of years of working within the corporate world in Central London, the modern ‘indoor-centric’ working practices started to become an irksome fact of life.
When James Clegg approached DomainStar, the company was at the initial company formation stage & lacked an online presence as well as a brand identity. The main challenges included:

How DomainStar Helped
Upon a 1-month project lifecycle, DomainStar has developed a slick & stunning website while it reached all the key objectives.
The client objectives were achieved by designing a modern layout that is consistent with the company’s brand image. The design also included attractive components such as retina-ready slider, CSS animations & original HD content.
We developed the website to be 100% responsive for all devices, operating systems & browsers, including smartphones and tablets. We introduced a knowledge hub section in the website as per the client’s request, in order for users to be able to view and download useful material. The implementation supports PDF, Excel & Doc downloading options.
We have followed the Google & Pingdom page ‘speed test’ guideline to resolve all issues achieving a score of 96% and making the client’s website load less than 3 seconds.
The developed website has been fully integrated with New Wood Trees social channels, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, FourSquare, Google +, YouTube. Most importantly DomainStar handed over the logo & brand style that was a vital part of designing the website. The new website design coupled with the new brand image helped James to increase leads conversion by 250%.
The project was delivered according to the expected timelines and requirements. In addition, a full training session was provided to the client in order to master the craft of successful administration
